Microsoft has been the best employer I've worked for as a Deaf person. ASL interpreters are always scheduled in advance for meetings. My team lead sends agendas beforehand. The one gap is that some all-hands meetings still use captions only — the quality of live captioning varies.
Desk ergonomics and remote flexibility were handled well. My wheelchair access request for a specific office location took three months — too long. HR was responsive eventually but initial intake process was unclear.
